This clip show how not to attempt to make a pass. Cliff Field misjudges his attempt to overtake Caine Lobb with disastrous results for both drivers.

 

Cliff comments,

 

"I really don't know why I though this pass was on so late. From the footage it actually looks like I drove into Caine on purpose (in fact it's kick-back on the wheel). I was trying to get my car in behind Scott Fountain in an attempt to draft up behind him and pip Caine for third. Caine rightly took his line and I failed to back out of it - the net result being a collision that sent us both off the track.
