Alastair Wootten Crashes Out -
2006/2007 Season
This clip shows Alastair Wootten do almost exactly the same as his team mate McNee by crashing out at turn 1 at Manfeild. (At round 2 of the 06/07 season)Wootten has just taken over second place when he runs wide after hitting a puddle of water. He then leaves the track and runs along side the curbing until his car collides with the tyre wall.
Alastair was OK, but the damage to his car was quite severe. After the Sabre team spent much of the night re-building parts of his car, he was able to compete the following day.
