KEIANO WEIR YOU ARE A HI-Q COMPONENTS NZ FORMULA FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP RACE WINNER.

Keiano Weir has picked up his first NZ Formula First Race win in a very wet and wild race 3 of the weekend here at Hampton Downs, narrowly beating series leader Chris Symon to the line by 0.080s.

Jensen Foster beat series returnee Fletcher Sloan to the line to pick up P3, with Fletcher taking P4, his highest finish in our series to date; congratulations Fletcher.

An unfortunate lap 1 tangle saw Liam Foster and Liam Nicholson come together with the damage seeing the end of Liam Nicholsons race.

Top Master goes to Ian Foster in P12 and Top Rookie goes to Yoshi Comeskey in P6.

A slightly damp start to the day here at Hampton D

A slightly damp start to the day here at Hampton Downs has seen Chris Symon take out Race 13 of the 2024-25 Hi-Q Components NZ Formula First Championship, ahead of Harry Scott and Liam Foster.

A dramatic race which saw Liam Nicholson finish in last place after an unfortunate mechanical malfunction saw him return to the pits at the start before rejoining.

Liam Foster’s 2nd place hopes were dashed when an unfortunate spin saw Harry Scott pinch 2nd from him, whilst his brother Jensen spun from 3rd and finished the race with his nose cone holding on by a thread.

Top Master goes to Ian Foster who takes back control of his own car after Jensen raced it in Race 1 yesterday, and Ben Williams reclaims Top Rookie honours in 5th.

Race 1 of the 2025 leg of the 2024-25 Hi-Q Compone

Race 1 of the 2025 leg of the 2024-25 Hi-Q Components NZ Formula First Championship has gone the way of championship leader Chris Symon, followed home by Liam Foster and Liam Nicholson respectively.

Yoshi Comeskey brings home the Top Rookie finish in 5th, the highest placing a rookie has claimed this season so far, congratulations to both Yoshi and team.

Koby Gooch's race came to a premature end early on in the race after finding the grass at turn 1 and bringing out the safety car.

A big day of racing awaits the lads tomorrow with 3 races, kicking off first thing in the morning 8:30am.

Liam Foster kicks off the 2025 leg with a P3 qualifying effort.

Fletcher Sloan returns to the championship and collects a tidy P9 start, it’s good to have you back Fletcher.

Top Rookie goes to Yoshi Comeskey in P6, 1.784s off pole.
