Championship leader Chris Symon has claimed the Hi-Q Components NZ Formula First Championship pole position for the first race of the weekend with a 1.19.956. Liam Foster will start from second on the gird just 0.037 behind Symon.
Zachary Blincoe with a 1.20.257, claims third on the grid, Louis Sharp lining up in fourth just 0.038 slower than Blincoe.
Amy Smith and Hayden Bakkerus round out the third row of the grid.
