Symon steals pole at Manfeild

Chris Symon has put in a great last minute lap in qualifying to steal Pole Position from Matt Podjursky. An impressive effort from Callum Crawley saw him become the highest qualifying rookie this season with the third fastest time.

Podjursky, who looked to take pole comfortably after setting the fastest lap early on in the session, came under fire when Callum Crawley moved into second and significantly shrunk his gap. Symon then knocked Crawley back to third and then Podjursky to second the following lap.

Series leader Arran Crighton racked up a second-row start, starting fourth alongside Crawley. Bramwell King will start fifth with Kaleb Ngatoa beside him in sixth.

Reece Hendl-Cox and Liam Foster take the fourth row in seventh and eighth respectively. Dave Scammell, ninth, and Billy Fraser, tenth, round out the top ten.
